MUSIC PUBLICITY

Promenade's Music Division is dedicated to providing full-service music publicity for both established and up-and-coming musicians. We work with the artist, listen to their goals and dreams and come up with a strategy to get the artist the exposure that they need to build their careers. This includes securing TV/Radio/Video appearances and press interviews and working closely with managers and agents to be a liaison between the representation team and any opportunities that arise. We work with artist managers, booking agents, labels and infinite media figures and utilize every outlet to assure that we have our resources on the table when working to achieve the goals of our clients. We have landed artists press opps in Billboard, Rolling Stone, Vh1, NBC, Music Choice, Just Jared, The CW, SiriusXM, top music blogs, in-studio performances at top 40 radio stations and many, many more.

TALENT RELATIONS

Promenade's Celebrity Talent Relations department works closely with celebrity clients to see to it that they have every opportunity to be in the positive light of the public eye. We work to secure clients any press opportunities that comes their way such as interviews and appearances.

We work with 3rd party PR companies to secure red carpet opportunities at events to assure the client is photographed at a variety of events including parties and premieres. We've secured red carpet opps for clients at events such as magazine launch parties, EMMY parties, GRAMMY parties and gifting suites, OSCAR parties and gifting suites, Sundance Film Festival parties and gifting suites and brand sponsored parties.

TALENT PROCUREMENT

Need name musicians for an event? Celebs for your red carpet? We can procure talent for a wide array of events. We've worked with various brands to book name talent to perform at private events, as well as procuring celebrities to attend red carpet events such as movie premieres, single/album release parties, GRAMMY, EMMY and OSCAR events, charity events and much more. Even better? We'll procure the press to cover your event.

COMPANY AND BRAND PUBLICITY & ENTERTAINMENT RELATIONS

We work with any company to be the go-to publicity company to service press releases to distibute about any news pertaining to your company. We can also work with brands to connect them with events, talent, celebrities and any further opportunities to broaden their range and visibility and gain the more exposure possible.

EVENT PRODUCTION

Our Event Production capabilities can range from events with budgets large and small. We maintain relationships with vendors, brands and venues to assure that your entertainment event is top-notch. We can do anything from corporate events to entertainment events such as parties, concerts, benefits or even film screenings.

Our company is a large supporter of the arts and we use our resources to give back and produce charity concerts. Most notably, the popular annual benefit called the “Rock the Schools Concert”. The show has gone on for 4 years and counting, over the years working with such talent/performers as Ryan Cabrera, Teddy Geiger, Bryan Greenberg, Tyler Hilton, Bethany Joy Lenz, Thomas Ian Nicholas! Wakey!Wakey!, Tyler Ward, Josh Kelley, Matthew Perryman Jones, Blake Lewis, Kate Voegele, Lee DeWyze, Secondhand Serenade and more. The event has become known for special surprise performances and the attendance of celebrities that have included Katherine Heigl, David Duchovny, Constantine Maroulis, James Lafferty, Robert Buckley, Eve Hewson and more.

The event includes a pre-show VIP party that is attended by the artist lineup, celebs, notable industry professionals, press and a limited number of passes are sold. There is a red carpet photo opp for the lineup and all famous attendees.

FILM/TV MUSIC LICENSING

Our newest service, Film and TV Licensing entails us pitching your songs continuously to music supervisors, licensing executives, specific TV shows or films and any other opportunities that may lead to your song being placed.
